Welcome to the world of permanent makeup, a revolutionary beauty trend that’s taking the industry by storm. At The Sculpt Bar Aesthetics, we specialize in enhancing your natural beauty through the art of permanent makeup for lips, lashes, brows, and hair.
Permanent Makeup for Lips
Permanent makeup for lips, also known as lip blushing, is a form of semi-permanent makeup that’s revolutionized old harsh lip-liner tattoos. This service is designed to look more cohesive and natural with a softer look. Rather than just tattooing the outline or liner, lip blush is a shading technique on the whole surface of the lip skin. It can balance symmetry, increase the appearance of the lip size, camouflage scars on the lip tissue, change the color of the lips, and create a more youthful lip appearance.
Permanent Makeup for Lashes
Lash enhancement or invisible eyeliner involves tattooing an ultra-thin black line along the lash line to create the illusion of fuller, darker lashes. This treatment can help define the eye, streamline your routine, and is flattering on all skin pigments and eye colors. It’s a great solution for those who have sparse lashes or are dealing with alopecia.
Permanent Makeup for Brows
There are two main methods of permanent eyebrow makeup: micropigmentation and microblading. Both result in eyebrows that look like eyebrows, because it’s not a big slash of color; your artist will draw on individual hairs. This treatment can help streamline your routine, minimize the appearance of scars, and allows people who aren’t confident in their own makeup application to achieve the look they want.
Permanent Makeup for Hair
Scalp micropigmentation, also known as a hair tattoo, can cover bald spots or thinning hair without surgery. Providers use thin needles to deposit tiny dots of pigment (color) on the scalp6. This treatment can cover bald spots or create a shaved head look.

Recovery Time for Permanent Makeup
The recovery time for permanent makeup varies depending on the specific procedure, but here are some general guidelines:
Pain or Discomfort: It is normal to experience some mild pain or discomfort for up to 48 hours after treatment.
Redness and Swelling: You will have redness and swelling, but it will subside completely within one or two days.
Moisturizing: It is important to keep the area moisturized with ointment for several days as the skin heals.
Scabbing: A crust will eventually form over the entire tattoo, which will fall off after about two weeks.
Full Results: You will be able to see the full results in approximately three weeks.
Touch-ups: If you are not happy with the color and shade after a month, you will need to schedule a touch-up.
For permanent eyeliner specifically, it takes about four to six weeks for it to fully heal. Most of the aftercare needed normally takes a week and a half or so after it’s applied. You’ll experience scabbing and flaking during this time.
Please note that these are general guidelines and individual experiences may vary. Always follow the specific aftercare instructions provided by your professional, and contact them if you have continued pain, redness, or swelling.
